Our service would be inexpensive enough to be deployed and provide service to areas that currently do not receive service because of the high cost to provide it to rural areas with low population density and large coverage areas.
Metropolitan areas can be provided service using currently installed conventional mobile internet service systems.
Smartphones and other mobile devices can be provisioned to automatically switch between service providers. When conventional mobile internet service is no longer available, the device would automatically switch to the XTMC Laboratories based system.

XTMC Laboratories technology completely eliminates hand-off and all of the equipment required to perform it. Unlike current technology, the network is passive. The only thing the network does is transmit data. The mobile computer (e.g., smartphone) paired with a server system provides all of the means to maintain a continuous wireless connection with the internet while in motion. This dramatically simplifies the means for providing mobile wireless service and dramatically reduces the cost of service.
